Penney Mullins, Realtor®

Listing Specialist

Hello! I'm Penney Mullins and as a true Arizona native, I grew up in Glendale when it was considered the "outskirts" of town. My dad owned the last gas station before Lake Pleasant, located at I-17 and Dunlap where we sold fishing bait - can you believe it? I have seen this Valley grow from a population of 500,000 to over 4 million and have experienced the growth throughout the neighborhoods & businesses.  I have enjoyed raising my family here and have lived throughout this entire valley. I have had the pleasure of owning 8 different homes to date – some new, some resale and 2 custom built (of which I was a part of the designing and building). I loved every single one of them.  The East Valley has been my home for the last 15 years. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

Before I was in Real Estate, I was an entrepreneur. I had the privilege of owning and operating businesses.  My favorite was a Kwik Kopy Printing Center. It allowed me to design and use my creativity. There is no room for error in printing. During my time as a business owner, I honed my customer service and communication skills, both of which I use every day as a Listing Specialist. I have been a Realtor® since 2005 and I am hard working, friendly, organized and love helping my clients solve their toughest problems.

Becoming a Realtor® was a natural journey for me. I have always had a love of homes. Even on vacation, you will find me looking at homes and neighborhoods, you just can't take the Realtor® out of me! The best part of being a Realtor® though is the relationships I get to build both personally and professionally. I love working with my clients to fulfill their dreams.

You can rest easy knowing I am working on your behalf and paying close attention to every detail so that you can enjoy the experience of moving into the next chapter of your life.

Now that you know a little bit about me, I look forward to meeting you and helping you with your journey!
