Mindy Jones is an Arizona native and the proud owner/operator of the Amy Jones Group. The team was founded by her stepmom, Amy Jones, who relocated to Arizona from the Midwest and formed the team based on the principle that she could provide a greater level of care and professionalism than she received in her move. Amy quickly learned the area and her fiduciary duties to her clients, and channeled her hard work and dedication to doing the right thing into building a team of strong, passionate women who focus on serving clients at the highest level.
Mindy obtained her real estate license in 2013 and joined her parents’ team, transitioning from her career in nonprofit management at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and sales operations and training design at NetApp into real estate. She loves a challenge and not only learning something new, but mastering it. Mindy is driven by being the best among peers who are the best, and began her real estate career working with buyers, then taking over the listing business from Amy. She spent countless hours with Amy, learning from her expertise in the business, and then focused on transforming their business into a legacy that could sustain market changes and thrive long beyond its current owners.
Every morning, Mindy wakes up thrilled to support a team of women in becoming the best versions of themselves and help clients and community members. She is passionate about giving back to the community through her time and money and to be able to live her ideal career by choosing what projects she gets involved in every day. Serving others while providing for her family has always been her dream, and she loves building the team’s commitment to client care daily in the ways they serve their families and communities by being hard workers, advocates, creative problem solvers, visionaries, and friends.
Running a family and a business keeps Mindy plenty busy, but in her down time she enjoys seeing live music, finding new local shops, and discovering local hidden treasures. She devotes much of her free time to her team, who have become some of her best friends, and although she spends a lot of her time working, she is personally and emotionally fulfilled by having a strong group of women by her side all day long. Mindy also loves spending time with her son, Nico, and spending time exploring their neighborhood in the Southeast Valley together.
