At the Amy Jones Group, we proudly honor the dedication and service of our community heroes through our Community Heroes Appreciation Program. Whether you are a military member, veteran, education worker, medical professional, first responder, or government/civil servant, we are here to support you in your home buying or selling journey.

In recognition of your invaluable contributions, we offer a $1,000 credit towards your closing costs when you buy or sell a home with the Amy Jones Group. This program was originally founded to honor our military heroes, inspired by Amy Jones’ late father, Richard (Mac) McGarrigle, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. We’ve since expanded it to include all community heroes who make a difference every day.

Additionally, we partner with lenders who offer special programs designed to assist community heroes—especially first-time homebuyers—with financing options. These programs can help make homeownership more affordable by offering lower down payment requirements, reduced interest rates, and other financial assistance.

When you partner with us, a portion of our commission will be credited back towards your closing costs, making your transition smoother (as allowed by your lender if you are purchasing). It’s our way of saying thank you for everything you do.
